Thumbs Up/Down Support

Would it be at all possible to add thumbs up/down support? Or would this be pointless given how the program currently works?

I doubt it would really change program behaviour at all, I don't think search results are prioritized by things you'd thumbed up or penalized by the opposite. I'd probably still accept a PR for this as a separate command, like vote 10 up or something similar.
