Blocked by OpenCover/opencover#595

OpenCover does not yet support running coverage on the new portable and embedded PDB files. Once the support is released, we can upgrade Colore to use these new formats and look at getting SourceLink support in.

This was "fixed" at some point. Looking at the source we have both portable PDBs and SourceLink now. I guess we removed OpenCover at some point because I see no mention of it anywhere.
