What

If a project is eligible to use TurboSnap but hasn’t configured it, show a dismissible banner in the UI explaining what TS is and why they might want to turn it on.

Why

Inform users about the existence of TurboSnap.

How

  • Add turboSnap.isAvailable to Project type of public API.
  • Add mechanism for dismissing messages to public API (separate ticket).
  • Include button in banner to dismiss the message.
