Watermark every page

Is there a way to print a watermark on every page of the generated PDF? I want to print the word "DRAFT" across the background of all pages that are generated. I can get it to kind of work with pure CSS (no image), but it can't get it to repeat.

Anyone accomplished this?

As far as I know, chrome doesn't have anything native to add a watermark on printed pages. If you can't do it using css alone maybe if would be easier to print normally and edit the pdf itself using another tool, like this one: https://github.com/ajaxray/php-watermark
