Enable Child Process Debugging doesn't work on VS2022

When i turn it on to True, it doesn't work on VS2022, I am trying to debug chromium 127. The breakpoints in render process doesn't get triggered, whereas using Microsoft Child Process Debugging Power Tool 2022 extension works, but this extension has lagging issue.
