After upgrading to `"ember-source": "~3.6.0":

We need to upgrade ember-concurrency, current version is ^0.8.19

This issue was solved on ember-concurrency 0.8.24 (machty/ember-concurrency#261 (comment))

The same after upgrading Ember to 3.7.1.

I believe the problem lies in the version of ember-concurrency, and EPS just happens to hit that bug. Updating ember-concurrency should fix it.
