Agree with CarlLee . As a Chinese, I hate GFW. what surprises me is that some of my friends, foreigners living in China, even show preference to GFW as they don't want to see sick stuff all day. They feel safe in China. So I guess it's not about right or wrong, just everyone has their own opinion.

To be honest, I don't care much about politics and wasting time in such posts is the last thing I want to do. But I love hanging around github and StackOverflow. I find @cirosantilli 's appearance on these websites really disturbing. Yes, it's his freedom. So I guess my freedom is to complain in his repo and give him a few suggestions:

If you really want to help, please go to learn some Chinese and Chinese culture. Then write some serious papers, and most importantly, using an eye-friendly avatar and about me. If you just want to be famous... congratulations! You already had my eyes!
