Update AAD Rego to include PIM for Groups in policy evaluations

Update the AAD Rego section 7 policy evaluations to include the newly added PIM for Groups JSON data.

Implementation notes

• Refer to Update AAD baseline policies and instructions to include PIM for Groups #376, Perform hands-on prototyping of AAD PIM for Groups to plan Scuba baseline document and source code changes #755 and Update AAD provider to include PIM for Groups data in JSON #757
• For each of the AAD policies in the aforementioned issues, modify the Rego evaluation code to include the newly added PIM for Groups data in the JSON

Closing since the pull request and related issues have been completed. It turns out that no update was needed to the Rego for the PIM for Groups enhancement for AAD policies 7.1 through 7.5 - the coding update was localized to the provider.
