Second, update parser to new .json output

Summary

The RPT team has updated payload scripts which produces a new format to the output files. To create reports, the app parser needs to be modified for the new format.

Implementation notes

• Obtain the new .json file from a PCA Lead
• Modify parsing process

Acceptance criteria

• Parser updated
• Report Generates with no errors.

As far as I know, its no longer active. The format was updated previously for Jonathan, and then Mina requested an update for the same JSON format. She updated to the release made previously and it resolved her issues. I haven't heard of any issues since.
