Could a new version be released?

Hi, I was wondering if a new version of cffconvert could be released or maybe it doesn't have to be. Version 2.0.0 is 2.5 years old.

For example, version 2.0.0 incorrectly converts to schema.org the type. I have type: dataset in my CITATION.cff file, and get "@type": "SoftwareSourceCode" in the output. This seems to be resolved in the current commit, installed with pip install git+https://github.com/citation-file-format/cffconvert@b6045d7

The last released version doesn't have a pre-commit-hooks.yaml file in it, too! It would be nice to be able to rely on pre-commit autoupdate & pre-commit.ci's auto update feature, which is best with a tag.

Is there any news on the new version release? CITATION.cff format and cffconvert are great projects used by many. It is a pity that new versions are not released since 2021, although new commits are being merged in.

cffconvert currently is incompatible with having a current jupyter in the same environment, as the last release requires jsonschema < 4 and current jupyter requires jsonschema >= 4.

This is fixed in main here, so a new release would be very welcome.
