Rockstar Editor Crashing when pressing "yes" just before "Preparing Clip"

What happened?

Rockstar editor will not work no matter what server, game build, game version, etc, that I am on. I can preview clips though the clip management, but editing clips will crash as soon as I press enter for "yes" when it asks if you are sure you would like to edit this clip. I have tried everything imaginable, and as someone who creates content solely with rockstar editor, it's very stressing.

Expected result

Rockstar should start preparing the clip to edit and proceed into the editor.

Reproduction steps

1. Entered server
2. Used rockstar editor to record short clip
3. F8 quit, reopened fivem and launched rockstar editor
4. Chose clip
5. Pressed "yes" to confirm the clip I wanted to edit.
