Describe the problem.

Please Create a Knack Email Alert - When a work order is in "Issued" status for 2 weeks, a Knack alert should go out to Joe Michael for both Signs and Markings work orders; to Bowie, Burnham, Gongora, and Perez for Markings work orders; to Alberts and Sudduth for Signs work orders, Alerts should continue weekly until the work order is closed out.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

This would assist SMD with keeping up with Planned Maintenance in a timely manner.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

Verbally communicating.
