When viewing a compiled site in a mobile-width window the "Menu" button just displays an opaque overlay, and the main site nav is always positioned at the top of the page.
I assume the intention is for the navigation to be toggled in a fixed-position at the top by the "Menu" button but the javascript isn't hitting the right target.
