Feedback from UXR Interview Training: Methodologically, if 0 represents "I don't know", it really makes more sense to have 6 = "we do this well" and 1 = "not having an example has limited my brigade"

Workshop on collating these learnings: e.g. taking attendance as one of many breakouts that allows people who contributed early stage processes to share what know organically.
Early stage; Mid-level processes; 100+ member brigade processes.
