We need to set up Miro to ensure authorised users have the right access to it.

I had a long chat with Thad (which is the CfA Miro person) and he told me that having permissions based access would be expensive (like $10/user/month).
It seems possible to lock objects on the board (but then anyone can unlock them or only Thad could).
I'll investigate a little more but it's not promising.

I received a request to do a Miro training. I'd prefer to do it with more people at once rather than one person every time.

@giosce will copy existing board into CTI board and write how to set up Miro and provide access for a project.
