ckan 2.9.11 - 62.82 KeyError: "linkname 'webassets-0.12.1/examples/appengine/webassets/__init__.py' not found"

Hi,

Unfortunately, when I try to build the Docker image for CKAN version 2.9.11, it fails to find webassets-0.12.1.

I resolved this issue by aligning it with version 2.0 of the webassets library. Will this adjustment be made in the main CKAN repository?
