Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Open https://sdk.ckeditor.com/samples/captionedimage.html
  2. Select and copy image widget.
  3. Paste it into image widget's caption.

Expected result

Pasted content is filtered using ACF.

Actual result

Whole widget is pasted into nested editable.

Also there is 2nd part of this issue. Switching to source mode (after 3rd step) and then back, results in widget from caption being removed (so content before and after is not consistent). Reporting it here since fixing/blocking pasting into image widget caption will also solve this.

It seems that widgets can be also simply created inside other widget's nested editable, as shown in /tests/plugins/widget/manual/block: you can create block widget inside image's caption.
