[Chrome] Cannot select inline image with mouse when it's at the end or beginning of a paragraph

1. Add inline image at the end ( or beginning ) of a paragraph
2. Try to select it with mouse by dragging from right to left

✔️ Expected result

Image and text are selected

No selection:

Very much so. Adding it there to verify whether the potential fix will cover this issue too.
