Scrolling on a Mac (OS X El Capitan, 10.11.5) and Chrome (50.0.2661.102) with a normal mouse and the mousewheel results in shocking scroll's and not scrolling to the next scroll point
I couldn't load your videos, but as long as I could test, with Crhome you should not use pixel units, it doesn't works. Maybe it's an issue with recent Chrome versions.
Same issue happens with trackpads by the way. Albeit trackpads are really difficult, as it's not possible to tell if "scroll gesture is held down" per se, like you can tell with a mouse button or touch events; There is no start & end to a scroll event.
