@sam-mccall, I was wondering if you'd be willing to consider turning Clangd automatic updates on by default.

Seems like it'd help keep people up to date with the latest and greatest on a fast moving project. It's a great feature you built--I certainly want it on! So figured I'd raise the issue. Happy to PR it if you give the word--looks like it'd just be a switch flip here:
