Save Address button disabled after closing popup

The popup shows with the address changes notification. When you close the popup it's no longer possible to click on the Save Address button again, because it's disabled.

Preconditions

1. Magento 2.3 Alpha
2. Luma theme enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a user account / login to an existing customer account.
2. Go to the adressbook and add a new address
3. Click the "Save Address" button, a popup appears to correct the address.
4. Close the popup with the close icon in the upper right corner.

Expected result

1. I can make changes to the address and click on the "Save Address" button again.

Actual result

1. Save address button is disabled and can't be clicked on again.
