Migrate to use newer azure storage related sdk packages #501

Currently azure-storage is used in the crawler. The package has been deprecated. Need to update to use newer packages @azure/storage-blob, @azure/storage-queue and @azure/storage-file. Migration guide at https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-js/blob/main/sdk/storage/MigrationGuide.md
