Here are some biomarker changes I've come across that are not currently supported in the ontology, need to figure out whether these are new changes that should be supported or if they should be changed to one of our existing supported biomarker change terms:

  • 4-hydroxybenzoate level (oncomx.tsv row 821)
  • gentisate level (oncomx.tsv row 822)
• hypermethylated
  • MIR-9-1 gene (oncomx.tsv row 848)
  • RASSF1 gene (oncomx.tsv row 849)
