This issue has been occurring for me and some of my colleagues over the past two weeks

  • There are no errors in the browser log
  • The issue occurs on both Chrome and Firefox
  • GitHub integration is enabled in the settings

Versions

  • MacOS 15.1.1
  • Plugin 2.11.12
  • Firefox 134.0.2
