That's an interesting find! Give me some time and I'll try to address this. My initial thought is that the random number generator is taking a lot of CPU time. (That might sound obvious!) I'll update this once I have a solution implemented!
Oh - PS: I highly recommend trying more complex signals to control the starting position other than an LFO. Mixing multiple LFOs and/or VCOs together produces some cool results!
When I run Ghosts 2.26.1 with an LFO controlling the Playback position the CPU usage is ok.
But if I decide to let the Jitter button take over the CPU goes up - in my mind - quite a lot. Is this an issue?
