Exit 0 happening at some point during reconnection under rare conditions

Hi, I created an issue (#101) last month for something that I consider to be quite important, but I haven't received a response yet, figured I'll try writing here too.

To reiterate, when cycling RabbitMQ off and on and attempting to connect at the same time something causes application to exit with status 0. I added a code example into the original issue.

At first I thought it was just some missing on('error') handler but I checked and found that doesn't seem to be cause. Then I also realized that missing error handler would cause exit 1.
