All of the published images should have simply a latest tag vs. aws-latest to accommodate ansible-navigator's pull.policy: tag option.

This will result in a breaking change to the image names, as the naming will require the cloud provider tag to migrate into the image name, e.g. cldr-runner-aws:latest.
