The health API endpoint is missing documentation which means it's not discoverable by people reading the API documentation.

The health endpoint, while very simple, is an important for anyone severing CFSSL using the API functionally, so they can check the process is running. This is particularly useful in a containerised environment, so the orchestrator can check the container is healthy.
