Add logging configuration for rulesets rules

Add logging configuration for ruleset rules.

• Logging: override the default logging configuration
  • Enabled: indicate whether to generate an event when the rule matches

I also removed a duplicated section in the rulesets HTML documentation (#nestedblock--exposed-credential-check-parameters).

This PR requires a cloudflare-go update after merging cloudflare-go PR#847.
