We are seeing this error and some apigateway tables seem to fail to populate as a result.

ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "aws_apigateway_domain_name_base_path_mappings_pk" (SQLSTATE 23505)

We have tried truncating the apigateway tables but the problem reappears on the next CQ run.

CQ v0.15.7 with CQ AWS v0.5.16
