【建议】ios客户端可以管理所有的外部分享

ios客户端版本号：3.1.2

说明：在ios客户端可以创建分享链接，但是不可以管理分享链接。在ios客户端上不小心错误分享的话，如果需要取消，还需要到web页面去取消。希望ios客户端后续可以支持管理分享页面（同web端一样）。
