RTCW added range and volume to trap_S_AddLoopingSound and trap_S_RealAddLoopingSound.

ET added volume to S_StartSound, S_StartSoundEx, S_StartLocalSound.

Tobias suggested adding custom range to S_StartSound, S_StartSoundEx, S_StartLocalSound as well.

Do #158 first so we don't need more types of system calls.
