Consolidate icons usage

Using multiple icon libraries:

• Radix
• lucide
• Evergreen (blueprint under the hood)

Went to use blueprint icons as they are comprehensive, but they are a little heavyweight (especially the editor toolbar) for the aesthetic I'm after. Radix are nice, but incomplete. Feather icons with a lightweight look great, but may also be incomplete (barely). Possibly a mix of Feather and radix, but aligning on one would be great. Also if sticking with blueprint, import them directly rather than through segment, to support migrating off of segment
