When ever I launch the app, my camera goes black for all apps and I have to reboot my phone

I'll need additional details about your device. Go to "Settings > Accessibility > EVA Facial Mouse > Settings" and tap four (4) time over "Version". Send the feedback or copy and paste here.

BTW: I've seen you are developer. I could provide access to the beta version channel if you want so that you could latest EVA versions.

Other users also reported similar issues with OnePlus devices. Version 2.0.0beta5 should fix this. This version has been released through the beta channel [1] which is available by invitation. Just tell me your gmail address to eva.facial.mouse@gmail.com and I'll add you.
