Does cmder support text reflow on resize and selection by lines instead of by block?

Lack of text reflow is an issue of ConEmu (see https://code.google.com/p/conemu-maximus5/issues/detail?id=951)

For second item, your solution is in Options -> Keys & Macro -> Mark & Paste especially Text selection checkbox and combo.
