If you pin cmder.exe to the taskbar, clicking it multiple times spawns multiple windows. For most other applications, clicking the icon in the taskbar repeatedly will focus the existing open windows.

I think the launcher will have to be turned into a ConEmu wrapper in order for this behavior to work.

is this still an issue with v1.1.2 ?

That's strange. I could swear I downloaded it from that link yesterday. Re-downloading it fixed the problem.
