Unable to install CMGUI

To install CMGUI on my system (windows 10 and also running WSL2 Ubuntu on the same machine), I tried the openCMISS website ( https://www.opencmiss.org/.

However, I run into trouble when I could not find one of the dependencies,

If i try to download it from
Zinc 0.7.1.0 — Continuum Mechanics, Image analysis, Signal processing and System Identification I do not get any response.

Can you look and suggest something.
