  • change the translation stage to happen in scripts() function (ala solnfilter.R in inst).
  • change local data files to exist only in solutions folder => scripts() will fetch them / symlinks / ...?
  • "solutions" output should be read only
  • desired: enable single-session update mode
  • desired: enable "only updated" overwrite, for (re)distribution for late breaking exercise updates

Depends on #2 being complete (i.e. all scripts translated to roxygen style).
