Remove cd usage from paths.sh

cms-gem-daq-project/vfatqc-python-scripts#109

Sourcing the setup/paths.sh script leaves the user in a specific directory, which is not good practice, especially when used in a profile init script

For paths.sh here we should modify blocks at:
