Insurance claims data (claims-hospital/hopsital-admissions, doctor-visits, and changehc) usually suffers a lot from backfill problem. So if we have the ability, we want to keep records of all of them. Currently we run backfill for claims-hopsital and changehc only. Doctor-visit currently does not support backfilling.
