note to look into how to populate email address from sign-in to game - @yzd1998111 might know how this is easily done?

It looks like when you go to prefill, it will let you only prefill questions except for the email-address. There is an option in Google Forms, where you can require them to sign-in to fill out the form. I'm not sure though if we get to see the email addresses that signed in for this route and if its restricited to only Google accounts (I would assume so).

This is how the current survey looks integrated. @laurafulton can you think of ways to improve it? Looks a bit washed out in white with the rest of the game.

Can definitely play around w/colors for it to make it stand out :)

Edited it to have red background
