Please provide a place to list CNCF project community meetings without hosting them #606

We have the CNCF Community Meetings page - is this what you're thinking of? |
That's basically just a view on a calendar. You can't tell if there's something interesting happening at an upcoming meeting based on it, and you can't go back and see the recordings. The thought was that it would be valuable to have something like that to list each meeting individually - just like Bevy/Meetup etc, but reflecting that people use Zoom and YouTube and just take drop-ins rather than using Bevy for RSVPs and video conferencing. |
@craigbox please create an account on community.cncf.io and I will get your two projects setup then you can add the info to the meeting page |

@craigbox you can access the chapter by login into your account on bevy and clicking the dashboard in the upper right corner: |
The CNCF offers Bevy1, "an online conference and community events platform", at community.cncf.io. In-person groups affiliated with the CNCF use this platform, as do a very small number2 of CNCF projects.
Meanwhile, almost all projects have their own weekly or monthly "community meeting" or "office hours", which is normally held as an open Zoom call and archived by way of YouTube meetings. Examples include Kubernetes, Prometheus, Envoy, and Istio.
Would it be possible to operate, possibly as a mode on community.cncf.io/projects, a place where projects can list each meeting, including putting up a link to the YouTube video once the meeting has been finished — without having to use the Bevy video platform or RSVP system?
Footnotes
Bevy can be thought of as analagous to, and in fact replaced, meetup.com. ↩
8 total, with 6 using for regular meet-ups, one for a single conference, and one testing. ↩
