Base frequency recalculation doesn't reflect custom base_hz value

Clicking on the CC itself does Hz recalculation thing, which right now, apparently resets the min frequency range to 55Hz no matter what as it obviously doesn't reflect the custom base_hz value (like 20Hz), and therefore, some of the the upper range (10 octaves with base_hz of 20, which is approximately 20kHz) exceeds Nyquist frequency limit
