Changelog for the HRA Organ Gallery

Known issues

  • You need an internet connection to use the application.
  • Some framerate drops occur while organs are loaded (~5-10 seconds after application starts)
  • Rendering issues cause lack of transparency between organs and tissue blocks
  • Jagged edges along text labels and background can occur

  • Added a new level: 10-3, labeled "Large FTUs," with a series of visualizations for senescence hallmarks on a Visium slide with 4,992 spots and 8 hallmarks each
  • Added 2D plots (scatter graphs) from a Jupyter Notebook as auxiliary visualizations
  • Cleaned legend displays in all open levels
  • Added XYZ gizmo using axes with same colors as RUI
