Login: Add option to remember the username

As a user
I want to avoid typing my username all the time
so that I can just enter my password for logging in.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a checkbox that is titled "Remember username" that allows a user to infinitely remember the username. When this is checked the initial focus should be inside the password field. When this is unchecked the focus should be on the username. Of course this logic should be overridden of course when the input field for the server URL is visible.
