This is unrelated to the master merge skew. This build was run on develop. I've modified the issue poster to add the name of the branch that the tests are run on to prevent confusion like this.

Make returned a non-zero exit code but didn't provide any details on what failed.

This was actually TestSplitSnapshotRace_SplitWins timing out. The reason the failure didn't get shown in TeamCity is that the failure message was extremely long - so long that when it was crammed into one line by go-test-teamcity for parsing, the line overflowed some maximum and didn't end up getting output to the UI.

I've opened jordanlewis/go-test-teamcity#1 to deal with this.
