Add "Force stable volume OFF" feature.

⚬ PROBLEM:

New stable volume feature on Youtube is annoying and there's no way to turn it off automatically.

⚬ SOLUTION:

A simple toggle like "Force autoplay OFF" but for stable volume.

⚬ ALTERNATIVES:

There is a toggle for loudness eqaulisation but it doesn't affect the new stable volume feature on Youtube.

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE:

I think everyone that uses the better youtube plugin would at least be interested in the fix.

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS":

Surely not many.

⚬ CONTEXT: Even without this feature, I'm so glad I found this plugin. It's amazing!
