⚬ PROBLEM:
When opening a new YT window without forcing volume, the default volume is 100, which is very loud if I use speakers.
Forcing the volume using the existing feature means that every time a video changes the volume is forced to pre-set value.
What I'm looking is something in between - not forcing existing windows to change volume when the next video starts but make sure new YT tabs don't explode my brain.
To illustrate an example, think of a playlist or songs from an album which are tuned to the same volume.
You set the volume on the first one and want it to apply to the rest - however if you open a new tab, you will get a crazy 100 volume though.
By using the existing Force Volume option, the second part is resolved, but now you will have to manually set the volume you want for each of the playlist songs.
⚬ SOLUTION:
I would like an added feature, next to the existing "force volume" which is a "default volume".
When a new YT tab is opened ("fresh window"), the volume will be set for the default value, but will not force volume on this or other tabs beyond that point.
Essentially this is "Force volume" only when opening new YT tab.
Edit: I forgot embedded YT videos - not sure if this is practical though.
⚬ ALTERNATIVES:
I tried using the Force Volume option, but it doesn't solve the issue without the downside described in the example.

(Summary)
Problem
use of the "force volume" feature prevents new tabs from opening super loud but conflict with keeping set volume at existing tab.
Solution
New "default volume" feature which acts like "force volume" but only when a new YT tab is opened. (Possibly also on embedded videos?)
