Describe the bug
The show content buttton (sidebar toggle) on module pages is too distant from the breadcrumb menu below. This creates an unpleasing gap between them for the user to be able to see content from in between them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to any module page.
eg: /courses/1/1/2

Expected behavior
The two ui components should be close together when a user is scrolling down.
