Add Attachment not working on safari

Hey,

The buttons doesn't work on Safari. I'm getting an error from the console saying

"gform_notification_attachment.open is not a function. (In 'gform_notification_attachment.open()', 'gform_notification_attachment.open' is undefined)"

Any idea what could be causing this? It happens with both minified and unminified versions.

It seems to still work for me - what version of Safari are you using? thank you for testing in both versions. Can you give me any idea as the version of WP, gravity forms and any other plugins you might be using as well that could cause a conflict?

Safari Version: 9.1
Gravity forms: 1.9.8
WP Version:4.4.1
